Using the encoder of the circle making machine as the feedback element, send it to the PLC, calculate how many pulses the 1mm encoder will take, compare the set pulse with the feedback pulse, for example, if the required length is 1000 millimeters, calculate 2 pulses per millimeter, input 1000 through the touch screen, use multiplication commands, and compare 1000 × 2 with the encoder pulse.
The comparison is divided into two steps, which can switch to low speed at 1600 pulses and stop and brake at 2000 pulses.
If using PLC to output pulse control servo motor, the best effect and highest accuracy are achieved.
