We need to find the reason, and the circle making machine is one of them. So, what is the reason for the inconsistent size of the circles produced by the circle making machine?

1. Check if the iron wire has escaped from the straightening wheel and press it tightly to a straight line. It should not be too loose or bent.

2. The measuring wheel should not be pressed too tightly. Or, in the case of complete loosening, whether it shakes violently from left to right and back, adjust it to move up and down freely while ensuring it does not shake and is fixed. Check if the bearings above are damaged. Regularly add butter to ensure smoothness.

3. Check whether the iron wire has escaped from the measuring wheel when the measuring wheel is tightened when the machine is started. If it has escaped, it is due to the deviation between the measuring wheel and the iron wire.

4. Check whether the circle making machine is moving at a uniform speed. If not, check whether the wire feeding wheel is pressing the iron wire tightly to ensure that both wire feeding wheels are pressed tightly.

5. Check if there is a deceleration action before starting the machine to make a single turn and cutting. If the L2 value is not checked for accuracy, it is generally between 25-35. After ensuring accuracy, adjust the square screw of the electromagnetic valve assembly at the back of the machine and gradually tighten it until there is a deceleration operation, then fix it in place.

6. When the forming wheel is completely loose, whether it shakes violently from left to right, front to back, and adjust it to move up and down freely while ensuring that it does not shake and is fixed.

7. Can the material tray rotate easily. It should be placed approximately 1-2 meters away from the machine.

8. Is the machine pressure too high.

9. The wear of the solenoid valve core is manifested as the inability to stop when it is stopped. Clean or replace the sealing ring of the valve core.
