In order to ensure a smoother operation of the straightening function, the machine needs to be installed on a level and sturdy ground. After the twisted steel bars are loaded into the machine, the traction wheel of the straightening machine should be at a certain distance from the operator's hand, otherwise the operator's hand will be injured. The load-bearing frame needs to be operated according to the prescribed method during installation, aligning with the centerline orientation of the guide cylinder, lower cutting blade hole, straightening cylinder, etc. After the installation of the straightening machine is completed, various inspections and tests should be conducted before use, such as checking whether important parts such as the hammer head, cutting gear, cylinder bearings, and cutting blade are normal. If there are no other abnormalities, it should be clarified that the machine can be used normally.
A metal straightening machine generally has five straightening blocks located inside the straightening cylinder, and the orientation should be noted that each has a corresponding centerline. However, in some cases, three of the centers of the five straightening blocks can deviate from the centerline. When straightening the steel bars, the deviation can gradually increase from about three millimeters, so that the steel bars are straightened and no longer stop twisting.
