3. Operating principle: The electric motor drives the speed increase through a belt, causing the straightening cylinder to rotate at high speed. The steel bars passing through the straightening cylinder are straightened, and the rust on the surface of the steel bars is removed by the straightening die; The electric motor drives the hammer head up and down through another pair of reduction belts and a gear reducer. On the one hand, it drives two conveying pressure rollers to pull the steel bars forward, and on the other hand, it drives the crank wheel to move the hammer head up and down. When the steel bars are adjusted to the predetermined length, the hammer strikes the knife holder to cut the steel bars. When the cut steel bars fall into the receiving frame, due to the action of the spring, the knife holder returns to its original position, completing a cycle.

Performance structure: Straightening mechanism - composed of straightening rollers, straightening pressure blocks, and bearing seats at both ends, to complete the straightening work of the wire. Its power is the electric motor installed at the bottom of the frame, which drives the straightening shaft to rotate at high speed through a triangular belt.

The feed mechanism - the pressure wheel part is composed of two synchronously running pressure wheels, which are driven by a V-belt chain to drive a pair of gear pairs, and their coaxial pair of pressure wheels operate synchronously. During work, the metal wire runs forward through the groove on the outer circle of the pressure roller under the action of friction, and adjusting the pressure roller spring can change the wire feed speed. Its maximum value is equal to the outer circular velocity of the pressure roller.

In work, the pressure should be adjusted appropriately based on the diameter and rigidity of the processed wire to achieve the best straightening effect and production efficiency. Cutting mechanism - The cutting mechanism is composed of an eccentric mechanism and a tool holder at one end of the straight thread to jointly complete the cutting action. The eccentric mechanism consists of a spindle, a slider, an eccentric wheel, a rocker arm, and a punch. Its power is transmitted by a cutting motor through a V-belt to rotate the spindle, and the punch moves up and down under the action of the eccentric mechanism. When working, when the metal wire in the straight wire groove reaches a fixed length, the metal wire quickly pushes the straight wire groove forward under the frictional force of the pressure wheel group. The protrusion at the back of the punch block at the top of the cutting head moves to the working stroke of the punch head. At this time, the punch block impacts the cutting head and cuts the metal wire at a fixed length. At the same time, when the punch block goes down, it presses down on the slot sealing torsion iron, causing the sealing rod to rotate around the guide rod, detaching the cut wire in the slot, and automatically falling into the wire bucket under the action of gravity. When the punch block goes up, the blade also goes up. Under the action of the torsion spring, the sealing rod reseals the wire slot. After the wire thrust disappears, the straight wire groove returns to its initial state under the action of the tension spring and enters the next cycle.

Wire feeding mechanism - The feeding frame is composed of a cyclone, a material blocking rod, a spindle, a base, etc. The wire reel can rotate around the spindle. After placing the disc-shaped wire, the cyclone can continuously and automatically feed under the pull of the feeding mechanism.
