The encoder of the circle making machine serves as a feedback component and is fed into the PLC to calculate how many pulses the 1mm encoder will take. The set pulse is compared with the feedback pulse, for example, if the required length is 1000 millimeters, calculate 2 pulses per millimeter, input 1000 through the touch screen, use multiplication instructions to take 1000 × 2, which is the required pulse, and compare it with the encoder pulse.

The comparison is divided into two steps, which can switch to low speed at 1600 pulses and stop and brake at 2000 pulses.

If using PLC to output pulse control servo motor, the best effect and highest accuracy are achieved.
