1. Before each operation of the bending machine, check the tightness of each screw, add a little oil to the slider, and check whether the action of each oil cylinder is normal;

2. In daily maintenance, parts should generally not be disassembled. If disassembly is necessary, it should be carried out by specialized repair workers. If any abnormal phenomena are found during the operation of the equipment, it should be stopped immediately and it is not allowed to operate with defects;

3. Regularly check whether the screws and fasteners in each part are locked tightly, and no looseness is allowed. Check whether the power cord is aged or damaged, and whether the socket contact is good and reliable. Repair and replace it in a timely manner;

4. If it is not used for a long time, it should be cleaned first, properly stored, lubricated every six months, and idle for a short period of time;

5. The accessories and special tools of the bending machine should have a dedicated cabinet rack for storage, and should be kept clean to prevent rust and damage.
