Several Special Phenomena of Straightening Machine

The straightening machine itself has several special properties. Here, the author takes steel reinforcement materials as an example to introduce these properties for everyone to understand.


Firstly, what needs to be said is the self inductance of the steel bar straightening machine. When the current in the closed circuit changes, the magnetic flux generated by this current passing through the circuit itself also changes. Therefore, an induced electromotive force will also be induced in the circuit, which is called the self inductance phenomenon of the straightening machine. This induced electromotive force is called the self induced electromotive force.


The second is the electromotive force of the straightening machine, which is the potential difference caused by the conversion of other forms of energy into electrical energy in the circuit. It is called the steel bar straightening machine electromotive force or simply the electromotive force.


Finally, there is mutual inductance in the steel bar straightening machine. If two coils are close to each other, a portion of the magnetic flux generated by the current in the first coil is linked to the second coil. When the current in the first coil changes, the magnetic flux between it and the second coil loop also changes, generating induced electromotive force in the second coil. This phenomenon is called mutual inductance.


These "attributes" are actually closely related to physics, and in the specific operation process, staff can fully utilize these attributes to facilitate operation.
