Only after the adjustment is completed can it be used.

4. When adjusting each steel bar to the end or straightening short steel bars, the steel bars should be escorted to the guide and straightening cylinder with a sleeve in hand to avoid injury accidents when they are freely swung.

5. Before the straightening formwork is fixed and the protective cover is not properly covered, it is not allowed to penetrate the reinforcement to prevent the straightening formwork from flying out of the machine and injuring people.

6. During the operation of the machinery, the drum must not be adjusted, gloves are strictly prohibited for operation, and maintenance work is strictly prohibited during the operation of the machinery.

7. The steel bars that have been straightened or cut should be neatly stacked in small bundles according to their specifications and number, and should not be stacked randomly to prevent quality accidents caused by different steel bar compositions and properties. After the operation is completed, the power supply must be cut off.

8. Strictly implement the "cross operation policy" to ensure that the machinery is in good working condition.
