(1) Before using the straightening machine, check the straightening block to ensure that it is securely fastened. Otherwise, avoid damaging the operator by starting the straightening block.

(2) In order to deal with the flying iron filings and environmental pollution generated during the process of straightening steel bars, relevant dust prevention measures should be taken.

(3) After knowing the diameter of the steel bar to be straightened, the straightening block, rotation speed, traction wheel groove and other operations should be appropriate to the diameter of the steel bar. Generally, the diameter of the straightening block of the straightening machine should be 2.5 mm larger than the diameter of the steel bar.

(4) In order to prevent the straightened steel bars from popping out and injuring people, we need to install a steel pipe first on the guide tube of the machine. The straightened steel bars need to enter the machine's guide tube from inside the steel pipe and finally reach the machine's straightening tube. This operation is relatively safe.

(5) In order to ensure a smoother operation of the straightening function, the machine needs to be installed on a level and sturdy ground.

(6) After the bent rebar is loaded into the machine, the traction wheel of the straightening machine should be at a certain distance from the operator's hand, otherwise the operator's hand will be injured.

(7) During installation, the load-bearing frame needs to be operated according to the prescribed method, aligning with the centerline positions of the guide cylinder, lower cutting blade hole, straightening cylinder, etc

(8) After installation, the straightening machine should undergo various inspections and tests before use, such as checking whether important parts such as the hammer head, cutting gear, cylinder bearings, and cutting blade are normal. If there are no other abnormalities, it indicates that the machine can be used normally.

(9) Generally, the straightening machine has five straightening blocks located in the center of the straightening cylinder, and the position should be noted that each has a corresponding centerline. However, in some cases, the middle three of the five straightening blocks can deviate from the centerline. When straightening the steel bars, the offset can be gradually increased from about three millimeters until the steel bars are straightened and no longer bent.
